DELight Erbium Laser
Dr.
Williams utilizes a dental laser to clean out small cavities and prepare
teeth for composite tooth colored fillings. The laser helps to reduce the
use of the dental drill with its high pitched noise and vibration. In
some instances we are able to use the laser to remove decay without the
use of anesthetic (numbing). Canker and cold sores can be treated with
the erbium laser to reduce pain and healing time.
DioDent Diode Laser
Our soft
tissue laser is used to esthetically reshape gums and to gently improve
the fit of porcelain crowns. Dr. Williams also uses the diode laser to
treat gum disease with a minimally invasive technique. The laser is
utilized to help treat inflamed gum tissue and reduce bacteria in infected
gum pockets.
