Office Hours

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday > 8:00am to  5:00pm

Wednesday > 7:00am to 3:00pm

Friday > 8:00am to noon

Dr. Williams and his hygienist specifically reserve your appointment time just for you alone.  If you find it necessary to reschedule an appointment, please give us the courtesy of 48 hours notice.

Financial Arrangements   

(1) Patients are provided a written fee estimate prior to the initiation of any treatment.  Fees quoted are guaranteed for 90 days.  Insurance benefits will also be estimated.

(2) We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

(3)  We require 50% down on all lab cases (crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures/partials, and implants) at the initiation of treatment with the balance due and payable by the placement of the case. For larger treatment plans a courtesy bookkeeping discount is offered for full payment at the first appointment.

(4) With credit approval, outside financing can be arranged through our office.  Program structures offered include up to 12 months interest free financing.

Dental Insurance

We are a provider for several major dental insurance plans.  Our office is always happy to assist patients in filing the proper claim forms for insurance reimbursement or in filing pre-determination requests prior to treatment to determine actual out-of-pocket expense of the patient.  Many times the insurance carrier will not cover some of the treatment you require due to contract limitations.  Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain optimal dental care while maximizing your insurance benefits. We do look to the patient as being solely responsible for the fees incurred in their dental treatment.

Dental Emergencies

We strive to see all true dental emergencies the same day as the call is received.  Therefore, we strongly suggest you call as early in the day as possible, preferably first thing in the morning (please refer to our office hours), to ensure an appointment the same day as your call.

If a dental emergency should occur after business hours, an emergency phone number is always available on our office voice mail.
